Welcome to wphd.me. This User Agreement ("Agreement") is a legal contract between you ("User", "You", or "Your") and wphd.me ("We", "Us", or "Our") governing your access to and use of our social media links publication platform and related services ("Service").
By clicking "I Agree," registering an account, or otherwise using the Service, you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agree to be bound by this Agreement. If you do not agree to these terms, you must immediately cease all use of the Service.
1. Account Creation & Eligibility
To use the Service, you must register for an account. You agree to:
Provide true, accurate, and current information during the signup process.
Keep your account profile information updated.
Be entirely responsible for all activities that occur under your account, including the behavior of any third parties you permit to access your profile.
2. Prohibited Conduct & Code of Behavior
We maintain a zero-tolerance policy for activities that harm our community or the integrity of our platform. You explicitly agree that you will not use the Service to engage in, facilitate, or promote any of the following Prohibited Activities:
1 Harassment & Abuse: Engaging in stalking, bullying, threatening, defaming, or intentionally intimidating any other user, individual, or group.
2 Spamming & Deceptive Practices: Deploying automated bots, transmitting unsolicited commercial communications, creating bulk accounts, or using phishing links designed to steal credentials or personal data from visitors.
3 Unauthorized or Illegal Content: Publishing, linking to, or distributing content that violates local, state, national, or international laws. This includes, but is not limited to, child exploitation material, stolen intellectual property, unauthorized private personal information (doxxing), or software viruses.
4 Impersonation: Falsely claiming identity, ownership, or affiliation with a celebrity, brand, business, or another individual without explicit authorization.
5 System Interference: Attempting to bypass, disable, or disrupt the security features, servers, or networks connected to wphd.me.
3. User-Generated Content & Content Standards
A. Ownership of Your Content
You retain full ownership of all text, links, images, and other materials you publish on your wphd.me profile page ("User-Generated Content"). We claim no ownership over your intellectual property.
B. Responsibility and Removal Rights
You are solely responsible for the consequences of publishing your content. By making content public on the platform, you represent that you possess all necessary rights and licenses to distribute it.
We reserve the right—but assume no obligation—to pre-screen, monitor, flag, or permanently delete any User-Generated Content at any time, without prior notice, if we determine in our sole discretion that it violates this Agreement or our community standards.
4. Account Termination & Suspension
1 Termination by Us: We reserve the right to suspend, restrict, or permanently terminate your account and your access to the Service at any time, without prior notice or liability, for any reason or no reason, including if we suspect a violation of this Agreement.
2 Termination by You: You may terminate this Agreement at any time by navigating to your account settings and requesting permanent account deletion, or by contacting our team at legal@wphd.me.
3 Effect of Termination: Upon account deletion, your public profile page will be taken down, and your right to use the Service will immediately cease.
5. Governing Law
This Agreement and any dispute or claim arising out of or in connection with it shall be governed by, and construed in accordance with, the internal laws of the State of Minnesota, United States, without giving effect to any choice or conflict of law provision. You agree that any formal legal actions must be brought exclusively in the courts located within Hennepin County, Minnesota.
6. Updates to this Agreement
We reserve the right to modify or replace this User Agreement at any time. If a change is significant, we will post an update notification on the platform or send an notification email to your registered address prior to the changes taking effect. Your continued use of wphd.me following the posting of any changes constitutes binding acceptance of the updated Agreement.
