Please read these Terms of Service ("Terms") carefully before using the website wphd.me and the social media links publication platform operated by wphd.me ("We", "Us", or "Our"). Your access to and use of the social media links publication service ("Service") is conditioned upon your acceptance of and compliance with these Terms. 1. Eligibility & Registration
1 Accuracy: You must provide accurate, current, and complete registration information when creating an account, and keep this information updated.
2 Account Security: You are entirely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your login credentials and password. You agree to notify us immediately at legal@wphd.me of any unauthorized use of your account.

B. User-Generated Content & License Grant
1 Ownership: Content, text, links, graphics, or other material you post, link to, store, share, or otherwise make available through the Service is your "User Content." You retain all ownership rights to your User Content.
2 License to Us: By posting User Content to the Service, you grant Us a worldwide, non-exclusive, royalty-free, sublicensable, and transferable license to host, store, cache, use, display, reproduce, and distribute your User Content solely for the purpose of operating, distributing, promoting, and improving the Service.

3. Acceptable Use Policy & Prohibited Content
You agree not to misuse the Service or assist anyone else in doing so. Specifically, you shall not use the Service to publish links to, or upload content that:
Is illegal, fraudulent, defamatory, obscene, pornographic, or invasive of another's privacy.

Contains malware, viruses, phishing scripts, or harmful software code.
Impersonates any person or entity, or falsely states or misrepresents your affiliation with a person or entity.
Promotes hate speech, violence, harassment, or discrimination based on race, sex, religion, nationality, disability, sexual orientation, or age.
Engages in spamming, blind scraping, or unauthorized commercial activity.
We reserve the right, but have no obligation, to review, monitor, or remove User Content or user accounts at our sole discretion if we believe they violate this Acceptable Use Policy.

The Service consists primarily of hyperlinks to web pages, products, or services operated by third parties. We do not own, operate, control, monitor, or endorse any third-party websites or services linked on our platform.
YOU ACKNOWLEDGE AND AGREE THAT WPHD.ME SHALL NOT BE RESPONSIBLE OR LIABLE, DIRECTLY OR INDIRECTLY, FOR ANY DAMAGE OR LOSS CAUSED OR ALLEGED TO BE CAUSED BY OR IN CONNECTION WITH THE USE OF OR RELIANCE ON ANY SUCH CONTENT, GOODS, OR SERVICES AVAILABLE ON OR THROUGH ANY SUCH THIRD-PARTY WEBSITES OR SERVICES. 1 By Us: We may terminate or suspend your account and bar access to the Service immediately, without prior notice or liability, under our sole discretion, for any reason whatsoever, including without limitation if you breach the Terms.
2 By You: If you wish to terminate your account, you may simply discontinue using the Service or request account deletion by contacting us at legal@wphd.me.
3 Survival: All provisions of the Terms which by their nature should survive termination shall survive termination, including, without limitation, ownership provisions, warranty disclaimers, indemnity, and limitations of liability.
7. Indemnification
You agree to defend, indemnify, and hold harmless wphd.me and its licensee and licensors, and their employees, contractors, agents, officers, and directors, from and against any and all claims, damages, obligations, losses, liabilities, costs or debt, and expenses (including but not limited to attorney's fees), resulting from or arising out of: (i) your use and access of the Service, by you or any person using your account and password; (ii) a breach of these Terms; or (iii) User Content or links posted by your account that violate any third-party rights or applicable laws.

TO THE FULL EXTENT PERMISSIBLE BY APPLICABLE LAW, WPHD.ME DISCLAIMS ALL WARRANTIES, EXPRESS OR IMPLIED, INCLUDING, BUT NOT LIMITED TO, IMPLIED WARRANTIES OF MERCHANTABILITY AND FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE. WPHD.ME DOES NOT WARRANT THAT THE SERVICE, ITS SERVERS, OR EMAIL SENT FROM THE SERVICE ARE FREE OF VIRUSES OR OTHER HARMFUL COMPONENTS.
B. Limitation of Liability
TO the MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, IN NO EVENT SHALL WPHD.ME, NOR ITS DIRECTORS, EMPLOYEES, PARTNERS, AGENTS, SUPPLIERS, OR AFFILIATES, BE LIABLE FOR ANY INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, CONSEQUENTIAL, OR PUNITIVE DAMAGES, INCLUDING WITHOUT LIMITATION, LOSS OF PROFITS, DATA, USE, GOODWILL, OR OTHER INTANGIBLE LOSSES, RESULTING FROM: (i) YOUR ACCESS TO OR USE OF OR INABILITY TO ACCESS OR USE THE SERVICE; (ii) ANY CONDUCT OR CONTENT OF ANY THIRD PARTY ON THE SERVICE; (iii) ANY CONTENT OBTAINED FROM THE SERVICE; AND (iv) UNAUTHOR
